What does it mean to be a member of OAR? It means you are making a difference. You are helping to build artificial reefs creating habitat for marine life. Through your support, OAR constructs artificial reefs in the Gulf of Mexico to build and sustain our fisheries for our futures. Your involvement also promotes greater support for artificial reef programs by State and Federal agencies.
