Todd grew up living around, upon and under the water. He has always had a deep appreciation and respect for the responsible stewardship of our marine and coastal ecosystems that we are so fortunate to have here in Florida and recognizes that it is incumbent on all of us to ensure that our future generations can experience and enjoy them as well.

That appreciation is evident from Todd’s educational achievements as a biology major at Florida State University with an emphasis in marine biology up to a Masters in ocean and coastal law at the University of Miami. His professional legal and government affairs career reflect the same track record with robust experiences at an international law firm with a focus on environmental law and more recently, with a U.S. offshore wind industry developer.
